ALONE

For a friend who exchanged friendship for love.

You left me unattended,

You left me nothing but hatred

My chums even left me because of you,

now you're gone, they're gone too.

I was left alone in the dark,

no one gave my life even for just one spark.

Rue brought me a great disaster,

how terrible I am now, no one dares to bother.

My life is like stub by a knife,

cursory words may flare up strife.

It's hard to believe despite this mishap I went,

my life never seemed to be totally bent.

I said, “How dark it was, I never gave up from fear.

I'm so glad I never shed even a tear.”

But the simple truth is...

Though no tears were shown,

Yet my spirit feels so alone.
